All our kitchen orders are bespoke made to order, so we can not accept any returns or cancellations on orders once the manufacturing process starts. By continuing the purchase, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We allow a 24-hour period after the order to cancel or change the sizes.

These terms and conditions and the disclaimers and exclusions contained in them are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove any information on this site without notice from time to time.

Access to the site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

All Kitchens are made to order (Bespoke) and will be programmed and manufactured on the order placed by you the customer. We cannot cancel the order once the manufacturing process has begun. Due to the bespoke nature of the order, we do not accept any returns on the kitchen sold. 

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the products.

Please ensure all goods have been delivered and are correct before your installation work begins. We do not, under any circumstances, cover any extra installation costs incurred due to delivery delays, stock issues or faulty products. The onus is on you to make sure all items are delivered and correct before any installation work in undertaken.

Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods, not the installation people. Please take off the outer packaging carefully and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option, either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective. We cannot accept a return under any circumstances if you have begun installation of the product.

We will extend the time to check kitchen units for damages up to 2 weeks from delivery. Not only that, but we will replace any damaged products free of charge if reported within 2 weeks.

Any manufacturing problems, defects and inaccuracies after installation must be taken up with the manufacturer under their terms of warranty. Purity Kitchens can not be responsible for inaccuracies or changes to product specifications.

Purity Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during or after installation. It is your responsibility to check and report any damaged item before installation has begun.
